As an engineering specialist, manufacturer and partner, we supply and produce precision components based on high-performance ceramics as well as cross-material assemblies made of steel, ceramics and plastics. We demonstrably reduce machine downtimes in various production processes through the application-oriented design of components and technical advice in the process.

Advanced Ceramic Solutions - Wear-resistant components with better service lives reduce risks in production and increase process reliability.

We process industrial ceramic materials to a high degree in the so-called green compact as "near-net-shape shaping". For this purpose, we have developed processes that enable a highly precise design of the geometry of a component even before sintering.

At the centre of our production are 5-axis machining centres for the automated complete machining of ceramic components. They are equipped with a changer for up to 100 tools as well as palletising systems for automatic component change.

Complex, intricate geometries and also all-ceramic hard machining with diamond tools are thus possible.
