DOCERAM: Precision Components Made of High-Performance Ceramics
DOCERAM develops and manufactures wear-resistant components made of high-performance ceramics for welding, testing, handling, and forming technologies, as well as for general machinery and plant engineering.
The product range includes, among other things, positioning and centering pins, ceramic components for joining technology, test connectors, gripping and mounting components, as well as forming and wear parts. The application-specific combination of material, geometry, and manufacturing ensures long service life, technical cleanliness, and stable production processes.
DOTHERM: Engineering Plastics and High-Temperature Materials
DOTHERM manufactures components, semi-finished products, and insulation solutions made from engineering plastics, fiber-reinforced composites, and high-temperature materials. The company focuses on thermal and electrical insulation, as well as mechanically robust components for machines, tools, and production equipment.
Compression-resistant insulation panels, external insulation, thermal protection solutions, and custom-designed parts protect sensitive areas of equipment, support controlled temperature management, and can reduce heat loss and energy consumption.
ISOCOS: Durable Insulation Solutions
ISOCOS combines material expertise, application consulting, and precision manufacturing to deliver application-specific insulation solutions. The company focuses on plastics and rubber processing, woodworking, and tool and mold making.
Insulation panels, structural components, and custom-machined parts are tailored to withstand the respective thermal, mechanical, and chemical stresses. ISOCOS also provides support in selecting suitable insulation systems and in testing and optimizing existing plant insulation.

We manufacture custom components based on drawings, CAD data, samples, or technical specifications. In doing so, we take into account the material, geometry, temperature, load, and installation conditions.
We can produce individual parts, prototypes, replacement parts, custom geometries, and multi-part assemblies. Our application engineering team supports you from the feasibility study through to production-ready design.
