DOGLIDE is the name of our material series under which we group our sliding and wearing materials for industrial applications. A particular focus of the DOGLIDE materials is on excellent friction and sliding properties, high wear resistance (using polyimide as a binder system) and high temperature stability.

The addition of graphite to some systems makes it possible to use the material in applications where sliding is required without the addition of grease or oil.

Slide rails

If metallic materials are used for guides or rails, wear due to friction is unavoidable. Slide rails made of DOTHERM materials offer the benefits of excellent friction and sliding properties, high wear resistance and thermal stability.
